Here, in the forests and the gardens,
You in the factories and farmyards,
And those in the flower fields yonder,
Now it is time for standing up,
Dignity and compassion,
Common courtesy redemption,
Proper propriety,
Equal opportunity,
And respect,
That is what we all will get,
That is what we deserve,
We are not mechanical,
Our bodies may but us,
The spirit of our being thus,
Composed of dreamstuff,
And extra-dimensional force,
What are we to do with history,
With the lessons learned and lost?
Remember we are all human,
And we are each paying the cost.
