Right To Exist
Poetry by
Rowan Blair Colver
They waver and fray as the clock journeys on
But with love of devotion to what feels right
Our dearest companions will never lose sight
And this is the key to life when all is quiet
To nurture the sanctuary of the comfortable fire
With gesture and grace, the dance is a joy
From elders and priests to the girls and the boys
Shadows will fall as the light meets a passion
As certain in truth solidifies fashion
Material manifests in order to give gifts
So receive all there is in your right to exist
