We often make mistakes.
Big ones, little ones,
Some as big and you're dead.
Because we are human beings,
Things we do can go wrong,
Sometimes, most times,
Mostly it's all in your head.
Because we are human beings,
We tend to feel and think,
But often things get confusing,
We make decisions causing harm,
Because we are human beings,
We do not admit to our woe,
So sit in silent dripping remorse,
Having lost all glamour and charm,
And because we are human beings,
We can sit and wait for days,
For ourselves to take an action,
That was needed during pain,
And because we are human beings,
In the mire and the rain of passion,
The sunny meadows and the chase,
We can be forgiven.
